2nd Day of My 90 Day Challenge With Skinny Body Care

Day 2 was much more difficult than Day 1. I knew before I started this challenge I would have days in the beginning that would be difficult for me. Today I wanted to eat chips, frozen pizza, food from the deli at my job...typical stuff that I was normally used to eating. But I made myself say "no" and walked away from it all. Its tough but hey I got to break the habit of eating unhealthy. 

My day was also kinda busy so I didn't really eat 6 meals/snacks like I did on Day 1. School starts back here tomorrow (yay lol) so I had to take my kids this morning to their schools to drop off their school supplies. Then after having 4 days off from work...I had to return to work. So that kinda threw my day off a little. Out of the 1,450 calories I'm allowed to have per the My Fitness Pal app, I only took in 1,080. Then the app told me I needed to take in at LEAST 1,200 calories per day. Apparently the app isn't aware I didn't have time to eat that many calories today, LOL.

This is what my daily menu looked like for today. It's kinda cruddy actually.

Breakfast
32 whole wheat crackers - 280 cal.
16 oz. orange juice - 220 cal.

Morning Snack
None

Lunch
1 oz. Jack's Link Peppered Jerky - 80 cal.

Afternoon Snack
1 oz. Jack's Link Peppered Jerky - 80 cal. (yes I had 2 for the day)

Dinner
Zaxby's house salad w/ grilled chicken, no tomato - 420 cal.

Water
8 cups = 64 ounces


I didn't have time to walk, or do any other kind of exercise so I counted my 7.5 hrs. at work as my exercise for the day. I am not exactly sure how many calories I coulda burned, but I am gonna say 200. Come on I work in a grocery store and I was putting up items off the pallets out onto the floor. Thats a lot of physical work, I had to of burned at least 200 calories :)












So yeah, that about sums up my day. Have to be back to work in about 8 1/2 hrs. so I better get some sleep, eh?

1st Day of My 90 Day Challenge With Skinny Body Care

Today I officially started my 90 Day Challenge with Skinny Body Care. I am super excited about it, and had a great 1st day! My goal is to lose at least 30 lbs. This is weight that I have been packing around since giving birth to my youngest child...back in Nov. 2007. Its long overdue that I get rid of it, and with Skinny Fiber I am bound and determined to lose that 30 pounds...FINALLY! I will be sharing with you DAILY details of my progress to help give you a close look at my 90 Day Challenge. I feel that if others followed someone's else progress, followed someone's story and seen their results...they are more likely to purchase the product (Skinny Fiber) for themselves or become a distributor for Skinny Body Care. So be sure to follow my story. Besides, I need all the support I can get :)

My initial weight this morning upon waking up: 160.8 lbs.
My goal weight is 130 lbs.

I used 2 apps today to track my calories and workout. 
- My Fitness Pal
- Map My Walk

I use My Fitness Pal app to track my calories from my meals/snacks and my exercise calories so that I can make sure I do not go way over my daily calories goal, which could cause me not to be able to lose weight, or lose it as quickly. After joining and filling in your profile info, My Fitness Pal tells you what your daily calorie count should be. As you can see below from today, I still had 368 calories left over at the end of the day that I did not use.

What I ate/drank today: 

Breakfast
1 slice wheat bread - 60 cal.
1 Tbsp. peanut butter - 90 cal.
8 oz. orange juice - 110 cal.

Morning Snack
2 hard boiled eggs - 140 cal.

Lunch
Michelina's Chicken Fried Rice - 410 cal.

Afternoon Snack
7 colby jack cheese cubes - 110 cal.

Dinner
Crunchy granola raisin bran cereal - 380 cal.

Water
13 cups = 104 ounces














And since today is my first day in a long time to get back into exercising, I chose to walk at the local track. I only walked 3 miles my first day but hey, guess thats better than sitting at home on the couch huh?




















So thats how my first day went, I guess not too bad for the 1st day. I have to say I feel like I had an successful 1st day of my 90 Day Challenge. I'm looking forward to seeing my results in the coming weeks, and I hope you will follow along with me here.
